Season 2 Episode 10: Just EFFing Take a Breath!

In this episode, we speak with Jenna Brocious, a madre of a 7 year old boy, who had her EFF IT moment when her son covered his ears to not hear her yelling.  She immediately realized that she was repeating the same patterns from her upbringing, which she did not want to do to her son or her family.  It was a big wake up call, and she and her family have put a lot of work into the way they communicate with each other as a family since that moment happened. You just have to EFFing take a step back, take a breath, and process the moment.
