EPISODE 9: Just EFFing Follow Your Heart!

In this episode, we speak with Kaitlyn Crabtree, a madre of a little girl, who said EFF IT after barely recovered from a life-threatening illness while pregnant with her daughter, to travel to Latin America with a brand new baby.  It was just the two of them traveling to different countries over the span of a few months with no solid plans, and were welcomed into the community like they were family. It was a life-changing experience, to say the least!.  When life hands you difficult situations, sometimes you just need to EFFing really live your life, and trust yourself despite what may come up against you because you just never know what amazing things can happen.
