EPISODE 29: Just EFFing Find You Again!

This is Part 2 of us sharing our motherhood journeys, and now Romi opens up about hers.  She talks about how having her daughter saved her life, has grounded her, and how she’s had to find herself again after going down the rabbit hole of just being Frankie’s mom.  It’s important that we all share our stories because our motherhood journeys are different, and that’s ok.  Never let someone tell you yours is good or bad, it’s just yours. And just EFFing be open to learning about others and their journeys versus judging or shaming others for not falling in line with what “should be.” We are all bonded by this journey.  It just doesn’t look exactly the same for everyone, and that’s ok.
