EPISODE 25: Just EFFing Show Up for Yourself!

In this episode, we speak with Sasha Rogers, a madre of two, who was presented with two options from the position she had had for two years to either get back to traveling a lot, or be let go. She said EFF IT and chose the latter, and it was the best decision. She was not only able to be present for her family, but was also able to grow the online business she and her partner had started in the Health, Fitness and Personal Development realm, and now they have the freedom to live how they want. You just have to EFFing be ok with putting your wants and needs first, and know that it doesn’t mean you care any less about anyone else.
