EPISODE 19: Just EFFing Stand Up for Yourself!

In this episode, we speak with Tamara Nowakowsky Komuniecki, a business-owning madre to a 13 year old boy, who decided to say EFF IT when she realized that she had to be her own hero, and not wait for anyone to come save her.  Although she has always been looked at as “the strong one” in her family, it wasn’t until she had her son that she felt empowered to stand up for herself, and say no to things that no longer suit her.
