What “Supposed to” school - did you go to?

When you get married, live with someone, or just move away from your family and have to live and function with others, you start to know about the supposed to school you attended. You ve been trained at this school and take for granted the invisible and hidden rules that you never think about! Some of the biggest and most difficult problems people face as a couple or in the workplace comes from graduating from different supposed to schools! How do you make these rules visible and what do you do about them once they are visible?
