On this episode,  Charlotte is a Melbourne based music manager and creative, guiding the careers of artists and producers. She is the previous recipient of the Lighthouse Award, the Fast Track Fellowship and the most Outstanding Woman in Music award presented by Music Victoria. She values kindness, creativity, mental well-being, humour and music above all else. Charlotte has managed artists such as Angie McMahon, Gretta Ray and Ainslie Wills, along with many other notable artists and producers. She has developed a sustainable way to build strong and trusting relationships with her clients, away from the stereotypes of the 'old school slicked hair big shot man' manager who we are so used to seeing in films and on TV. This discussion looks at how music is a conduit for poetry, our wellbeing, the relationships we have with our friends, lovers and family, those biiiiig feelings and complex thoughts and accompanies some of our life's most instrumental moments. We hear her beautiful Letter to Self (around the one hour mark), her valuable lessons as a new mother and the guiding compass of vulnerability and sensitivity. But most importantly, how has Charlotte's music taste changed over her one precious life?!?!
