We won't just be focusing on female athletes, but also journalists, coaches, referees and others who are a key part of the industry.

This week's guest is Nora Stapleton, ex-Ireland rugby international and current Women in Sport Lead at Sport Ireland. We talked about the Sport Ireland Women in Sport Policy, the importance of coaching for maintaining a passion for sport in young girls, and where next for women in sport in light of the COVID-19 disruption.
