What lies under the veil. Today we break the stigma of always putting on the front of being a put together person and share how we all have a human brain that experiences a myriad of feelings and emotions that offer there challenges. How can we better care for our mental health, and ourselves by cultivating self-awareness that allows us seperate our true selves from the tangle of our emotions that don't need to define us as they are ever-changing, ever-coming, and ever-going. We speak on our experience of how day-to-day anxiety shows up in our lives, the impact of trauma, and when depression rears its head, as well as things we turn to to support our mental health. The more aware of our emotional human experience we are the more compassion and understanding we are able to have for others and recognising we never really know what's going on for someone when on the outside looking in.
