You can’t follow the Lord from the front. 

It is ridiculous to think you can actually lead God in this life. Yet, sometimes you act like you can and are the one in charge calling the shots. You are not; the Lord is. If you jump ahead of God, life truly becomes foggy and confusing. But when you let God go before you, life becomes clear and you understand He is in control. And when you yield to Him, you will be in such a better place than if you attempted to lead your own destiny. God knows exactly where you need to go and what you need to do. You can’t follow from the front. You can only follow from the back where your all-knowing Leader is before you. A good leader is someone who has learned
how to be a good follower, so follow the Lord well.
