WH: Chapters 23-26

Cadsuane and a motley band Travel to Far Madding to chase after Rand, which is a dangerous move considering how he responds to being chased. Meanwhile, Elayne is doing the mundane work of ruling Andor when she is surprised by the arrival of some people we've been awaiting for two books.
