Uzoma F. Obidike is a Certified Career Advisor and founder of She Leads Beautifully. Through coaching, training, and community, she helps professional women overcome mid-career stagnation by teaching them how to leverage the power of personal branding and networking to finally reach the next level in their careers. For more than a decade, Uzoma has also held various student affairs and leadership positions at institutions of higher education.

Uzoma is a co-author of the book No Ways Tired: The Journey for Professionals of Color in Student Affairs. She has graced local and national stages where she has led talks on leadership and career development. Uzoma is also a charter member, and the Vice President of Public Relations, for the greenCOW Business Speakers Club of Toastmasters International. In early 2019, she became an Up and Coming Woman in Education finalist for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards.

Uzoma attended Indiana University Bloomington where she attained both a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Higher Education Leadership program at Indiana State University.
