Kris Macchiarola: School Psychologist to Consultant

On this episode, I Zoom in Kris Macchiarola, Ed.S. and we chat about the consulting game and her journey from educator to entrepreneur. Kris brings almost 20 years of sales and training experience working with Fortune 500 companies. She has a wealth of experience in conducting needs assessments, leading advisory boards, launching new products, tactical execution of marketing strategies and pilot projects, team building, creating and facilitating training programs, and assuming many leadership roles. Throughout her career, Kris has earned multiple sales, leadership, and peer awards. Kris started her career as a psychologist for the school systems. After working in the public sector, she transitioned to retail and operated collectible art stores in the Tampa area. Kris lives in the Tampa area with her family. She is the leader of a women’s group called S.H.E. Tampa. Kris is a LinkedIn Local Tampa (networking event) Co-Host. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Kris is certified by Multi Health Systems to administer the EQ-i 2.0 workplace and leadership assessments, coaching, and training. Kris is a channel partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies, a globally recognized organization that provides leadership development solutions to businesses. Kris holds an Education Specialist degree and Master of Arts degree in School Psychology from the University of South Florida.
