Kelsey Bodie, Ed.S. (@kelsey_bodie) - Learn To Ask For Help

Kelsey Bodie, Ed.S.holds 10 years of teaching and leadership experience. She currently serves in the heart of St. Louis, MO in Hazelwood School District. She began her educational career as a classroom teacher in 2012 in Hazelwood and has also served as a summer school reading specialist, summer school principal, and virtual summer school principal.  She currently serves as an Instructional Coach and has recently accepted an Assistant Principal position within the Ritenour School District.

Bodie earned her undergraduate degree in education from Lindenwood University. She also earned her graduate degree and an educational specialist degree in school administration from Lindenwood. She is currently obtaining her doctoral degree from Maryville University examining the effects of diversity, equity, and inclusion on students' sense of belonging. 
 

Kelsey has began her consulting journey at the beginning of this year. She provides individualized coaching sessions to positively change teachers' instruction along with equity-focused professional development in school districts. Kelsey believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion should be implemented in all classrooms with important conversations taking place both at school and at home.
