All will be joining around and along the remnant footprint of the World War II Watchtower, a military lookout formally at the top of Spanish Head in the Taft Pioneer Cometary, long before Lincoln City ever was. Double R speaks with Sheryl Smith-McKee (pictured center) who has headed up this dedication and serves on the Taft Pioneer Cemetery Board.

We are bringing Pipedance back to the studio, with musicians and dance partners Nora Sherwood and Gary Burman.  As a professional bag pipe musician, Gary will be adding to the sound waves during the Fleet of Flowers on Memorial Day in Depoe Bay this year.  Don’t miss this tradition running back to 1945 as a tribute to those lost or buried at sea.
