Episode 1: Mitch James

Mitch James is a well known New Zealand singer.  He is also a marathon runner.  But he is so much more than those things.  He is one of the most authentic, vulnerable and transparent people I have ever met.  A true open book.  100% BS free.

There are some serious things we touch upon- including mental health and suicide.  And I respect Mitch for his honesty.  

Warning- He DOES like to swear...so keep that in mind if you are with little kids or anyone who is easily shocked.

PS:  Mitch has a new song called "History" coming out later this week.  Look out for it.  It's probably awesome.
