Bite size (ICYMI) NZ track queen Laura Nagel on the diagnosis that threatened to end her career

This snippet comes from Mondays conversation with Laura Nagel.  She is a track runner who is unbeaten on the track this year and holds the NZ titles for 1500, 3000 and 5000 metres.

5 years ago a Doctor (not Dre or Phil- a real life medical doctor) told her a knee injury was a career ender (LOL).

This is how she pushed through.  This clip includes a brilliant way to re-frame any sporting injury any of us may suffer.
