I used to tell y’all, loudly and proudly, that you don’t need a certification to be a coach. And for a long time, I meant it. But here we are in 2025, and I’ve officially relaunched The Doctor Coach School™ as a full ICF-aligned certification program (with accreditation expected in 2026).

- Why I was originally anti-certification (and why that stance made sense back then).
- The gaps I saw in the industry: certified coaches with no clients, no safety, and no belief-based frameworks.
