Originally from Umlazi, South Africa, Dr. Nondumiso is a North Carolina-based MD with a background in healthcare leadership across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She completed her medical training at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has worked on projects across anglophone Africa.
She is the founder of Ubuntu Doctor Coaching, where she promotes the Ubuntu philosophy in leadership and team coaching for healthcare professionals. She also hosts Doctors of the Baobab, a podcast spotlighting doctors of African descent across Africa and the diaspora.
In her spare time, she enjoys family time, listening to podcasts, and watching documentaries. Her long-term ambition is to build a pan-African business.
