#7 Tom Moore - Co-Founder of WithYouWithMe

In this episode, I interview Tom Moore, co-founder and CEO of WithYouWithMe, an Australian tech company that focuses on getting war veterans and disadvantaged people into tech jobs. 

Founded in 2015, the company now employs over 450 people globally with a vision to solve underemployment and to get rid of the résumé. With the mantra of “potential over experience”,  WithYouWithMe have helped over 20,000 people get into full-time jobs. 

Tom provided some great and unique insights into what it takes to build a successful company with a humanitarian focus.
