In this episode, I interview Pamela Jabbour - founder of Total Image Group. Total Image Group is Australia's leading uniform and work wear specialists with a strong focus on fashion and design.

Founded in 2005, Pamela got her first few clients by cold calling 100 people per day for an entire year. Alongside kickstarting her business, this process refined the business' strategy as Pamela received countless insights from her target market.

Total Image Group now provides uniforms for over 300,000 individual people and have amassed large clients including Woolworths, Pandora, Dan Murphy’s and many more. It was great to hear Pamela's outlook on the hard-work and drive required in business as well as the need to be an honest and transparent leader.
