One of the best ways you can engage with your customers is through live streaming on Facebook, Periscope, Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram.
When your customers are experiencing something live it’s just like if they were by your side. However, live streaming does require someone to be able to film and respond to comments on the fly on behalf of your business.
Don’t hesitate though: Facebook's live streaming broadcasts generate 10 times as many comments as regular videos alone.
