No matter how hard you try, some people are going to unsubscribe from your mailing list. If they do, be ready to ask them for feedback.
Ask them a few short questions about why they are no longer interested in your emails.
Did they feel they received too many emails or they received a bad service?
As we all know, people will always feel the urge to leave a complaint rather than a compliment so use this opportunity to improve your marketing or customer service.
