A USP is a way of communicating how your product is marketed.
Saying ‘You provide the best service’ or ‘offer the best price’ will not set your business apart from the countless others who say the same thing. You need to be more specific.
But you might be thinking, “what is my USP” or you can’t think of one.
To create a USP you need to offer something that your competition does not. Something that your customers perceive as valuable.
Whatever it is it does not need to be unique but it must be memorable.
