Your tone of voice is everything, yet most organisations vastly undervalue it. A voice that is consistant across all channels is one of the factors to business success.
You may have spent a lot of time and money of the look on your brand but from experience it is the tone of voice that gets missed.
It should convey your core beliefs and how you with so be perceived. Be brave. Be bold but above all else, be genuine.
