This is when they should be enjoying once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Witnessing hidden gems and falling in love with a destination. 
No matter how well you have done everything up to this point, it will all fall down if you do not offer a seamless and first class service. 
Make sure you have all the elements in place to make your customers want to come back.
