This is when a simple, easy to use one page booking system and checkout is key.
With 50% and above of bookings now being made on mobile it is super important that your site uses a system that makes it easy and quick for the user.
The more steps you have or if the booking widget you use is clunky, then you will annoy that customer and they will go elsewhere.
