In the case of Anthony Tate v. Sean Combs et al., Case No. 1:24-cv-8810-LAK, the plaintiff, Anthony Tate, has filed an amended complaint against defendants Sean Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., CE OPCO, LLC (doing business as Combs Global and formerly known as Combs Enterprises LLC), Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc., Bad Boy Books Holdings, Inc., Bad Boy Records LLC, Bad Boy Entertainment LLC, Bad Boy Productions LLC, and unnamed organizational and individual defendants referred to as Does 1-10. The amended complaint includes a demand for a jury trial.
