By introducing it as a term in our everyday language are we trivialising the experience of people who have been gaslit by their abusers?

This episode we're exploring where the term gaslighting comes from, what it represents and then doing a deep dive into manipulative people and how to deal with them.

This episode comes with a warning! It might bring up some experiences, Megan was shooketh!
