Winston is not your average man by any means and is extraordinary in many respects. Physically, he stands at 3ft tall, is wheelchair-bound and was born with a bone disorder, but none of this has stopped him aiming high and succeeding on his life path. He has also worked with some of the largest corporations in the world and is using his experiences to train organisations on the topics of Resilience, Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion.
