We are delighted and excited to be spending time with this week’s fascinating guest - Jimmy Wightman. Jimmy is a Vedic Meditation teacher who is living his passion and doing his dharma. He is trained to teach 12 different styles of meditation, but he mainly focuses on teaching Vedic Meditation around London, and spreads his word via social media. 

 

During today’s talk Jimmy openly accepts he is not the typical vision of a meditation teacher, but how this in itself has helped many skeptics embrace meditation, and benefit from the results.
