• You cannot make decisions if we don’t know who or what we are. It we want our lives to work, we have to understand it is our decisions from our soul rather than our mind which will have the very significant results.
• Find your optimal level of work. Understand if you are meant to be working more than 40 hours a week or if you are better at 20 hours a week. Explore if you are better using your physical energy to work or if you are better to have more downtime. Listen to your internal authority.
• The only way to become a leader is by living the empowerment. As an entrepreneur you have to understand all the parts of the business – you don’t have to DO them all. Only do what you are brilliant at; delegate the rest.
