Episode 1: Through Adversity to Success with Kevin Martinez

On this episode we sit down with Kevin Martinez "The Barracks Barber"! He and I dive into his journey Through Adversity to Success, what it took to create a path for him and his family, how he became a barber, as well as some interesting experiences he had while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Kevin Martinez, also known as “The Barracks Barber”, served in the Marine Corps from 2010-2016 as a Motor-T Mechanic with 4th LAR. During drill weekends, Kevin would cut hair in the barracks, in the tool room, and in the field. Being a licensed barber for almost 8 years now, many people consider barbers as being a therapist.
