23 - It's Not You, It's Your Integrity

If you're anything like me, the word integrity immediately makes you think about being a good, bad, right or wrong person.

In this episode however, I explore how integrity has nothing to do with being a good person, but rather everything to do with creating a life that works, and being a person who does what they say they are going to - both to themselves and others. I also discuss how integrity is the only thing stopping us from changing our lives and how, when we increase our integrity, our output dramatically improve with little changes in input.
