21 - Covid-19 Breakdowns and Breakthroughs

Like many of us have experienced a bit of a weird 2020. While none of us could have prepared for a global pandemic shaking things up, nothing could prepare us for the inevitable lockdowns that many of our countries have been stuck in, or are moving toward as case numbers rise.

Nearing Day 100 of stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne, I decided to record this episode and share some of the breakdowns and breakthroughs that I have experienced throughout this bizarre experience. So, whether you're coming out of lockdown like me, or see one in your country's near future, I hope this episode helps you deal with it powerfully with self compassion.
