11 - Codependency & You

While many of us don't realise it, we grew up in a society that taught us codependency from a young age. Whether that was watching your mom walk on eggshells around your dad, choosing a "prestigious" career path because of what you thought others would think of you, or buying a house because "that's what people do at your age", many of our decisions have codependent roots.

In this episode I share my own experience with codependency, and discuss how it hinders us in our career, relationships, and other areas of life. I also outline how to begin healing codependency in order to make decisions that align with your true self.
