On this episode, Derek sits with Carol Conners.  Carol is a legendary Singer and Song Writer.  Best known for being the lead vocalist for Phil Spector’s “Teddy Bears”, Carol went on to write some incredible songs including co-writing one song, which I consider one of the greatest ever written, “Gonna Fly Now”, the theme song to “Rocky”.  She has penned a new memoir, “Elvis, Rocky and Me…The Carol Conners Story” about her whirlwind romance with the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley and various other chapters of her incredible life.
