Join me as we learn about the sacred beliefs and practices of Animal medicine and understanding how to incorporate animals into our healing journey. Animals are amazing messagers of both the seen and unseen realms. Learn how to begin to connect to your familiar/soul Animal, Animal totem, and Animal messengers.

Disclaimer: Animal medicine such as spirit animals, Animal totems, and familiars are ancient beliefs held by many indigenous cultures around the world. This is my modern interpretation of Animal medicine from my studies and experiences in the world. I honor the indigenous cultures that brought the sacred practices of Animal medicine to our modern world. It is not my intention to appropriate these sacred practices but simply to share how they can be used in our modern healing journeys.
