Emma is the head of public affairs at the National Federation of Women’s Institutes. She oversees the NFWI’s campaigning and influencing work focused on securing positive change on the issues that matter to WI members.

This includes the provision of a research and policy development function, campaign development and managing relationships with decision-makers.
