A career in litigation was not in the cards for Lauren Forbes and after 8 years at a cut throat law firm she transitioned into a career in real estate. Over the past 20 years she has been one of the most prominent in Manhattan and Hermosa Beach which has been a hot bed for professional athletes in the Southern California region.  Somehow Lauren has been able to balance a family, a career and a big life in the South Bay.
