Scott Swan on Panic Attacks and the Death of a Dream

Today’s guest on the Born to Be Podcast is WTHR News Anchor Scott Swan. Scott always wanted to be a storyteller, and that’s how he really defines himself now, because he loves telling the story of how God has transformed his entire life. One of the darkest valleys in Scott’s life was a decade that he suffered from panic attacks to the degree that his dream of being a newscaster died as he resigned from a dream job in Hawaii. From praying through that dark season, to moving to Indianapolis and becoming a staple in the community, to surviving a near-death experience, Scott leaves nothing out in this episode.
