Sara Welsh on Getting Unstuck in Life

Today’s guest on the Born to Be Podcast is Spiritual DNA Alum Sara Welsh. Sara’s story of learning who she was after a traumatic brain injury as a kid, getting unstuck after a string of deaths in her life, and chasing down her dreams and identity after becoming a single mother will inspire you! Sara experienced several ah-ha moments during Spiritual DNA. Before taking one of the Spiritual Pathways assessment, Sara didn’t even know that there was more than one way to connect with God. Once she realized she connects to God best through new experiences and with others, she has seen amazing life-change through small group and community life. Sara also discovered that her strengths and wiring were created on purpose, and knowing those helped her created a filter and boundaries for healthier relationships, and helped her see others through that lens as well.
