Hello and welcome back to the Daring Well Podcast!

Today I invite you to join me for a guided meditation on sleep. This guided meditation is designed to encourage you to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and peacefulness to prepare your mind & body for a restful night's sleep.


Meditation Preparation 

Alright, let’s get started with today’s guided meditation on sleep. Let’s begin by creating a quiet and peaceful space. You can stay seated or you can lie down. 

You’re welcome to close your eyes or keep them open, whichever feels most comfortable for you. Now, allow yourself to tune into your mind, your body, and your spirit.

Gratitude:

Thank you for the gift of touch, I’m ready for my body to embrace rest.

Thank you for the gift of sight, I’m ready to rest my eyes.

Thank you for the gift of hearing, I’m ready to rest my ears.

Thank you for the gift of taste, I’m ready to rest my tongue and my mouth.

Thank you for the gift of smell, I’m ready to allow my nose to rest.
