In this solo episode, I’ll share a daily routine for staying in a creation state and being the healthiest, most vibrant self. I emphasize the importance of gratitude and start my day by declaring something I’m grateful for. I light a candle, turn on my fireplace, and drink lemon water or cacao bliss to nourish my body. I spend time journaling and writing down five things I’m grateful for and focusing on who can serve and what I can do to move the needle in my life. I incorporate exercise into my daily routine, whether it be a walk, jog, strength training, or stretching. Practice meditation to calm my nervous system and promote anti-aging effects. In the evening, I enjoy screen-free time, do face yoga and stretches, massage my belly with castor oil, visualize my dream life, and practice gratitude to aid in falling asleep.
