Sleep!

Whenever I talk about helping people improving their sleep, the initial response is usually how many hours to get.

However what I’m really interested in is the quality. 

You can get 8 hours of time “sleeping” but if it was broken up with tossing and turning it’s not better then 6 hours of deep quality sleep.

So in order to focus on quality, I’m going to give you just a few tips that you can begin implementing this week, that should create a noticeable impact on you.

In this episode we will discuss 4 tips you can take action on to help improve your quality of sleep as well as some background information on sleep itself.
