I posted on my IG the other week a tweet stating "Stop waiting for permission to be valuable" and it hit home for so many of you. 

This is a concept and a topic that I continue to come back to as I see it far too often and lived it myself for years where I didn't value myself and was seeking external validation to grow.  

It is time you took your value back.  It is time you take back control of your life!
