Is a real problem excessive screen time?
We are in a very close relationship with our wireless mobile devices. Let's try it! Imagine 30 minutes without our devices. Well, if we can't, we are in a very close, intimate relationship with our devices. We want to take a pause. We want to step back and analyze the health of that to make sure it is healthy and it doesn't go into the spectrum of overuse, dependency, and finally, addiction.
