The Nature of Angels

What are Angels (Greek - ANGULOS, Hebrew - MAL’AK or MALECH)?

• Messengers
• Ambassadors sent by God
• obedient servants
• subordinate to God who:
• reflect His glory
• Psalm 103:19-21 
• 19 The Lord has established His throne in heaven, And His kingdom rules over all. 
• 20  Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. 
• 21  Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.
• 1 Timothy 5:21 - gives the idea of emissaries chosen by God
• Direct our attention to God
• Ministering Spirits to those who will inherit salvation
