Integrity is a scale (or a dial).
People are described as being someone of:
High Integrity or Low integrity
Full of Integrity or Lacking Integrity
There really isn’t a way to describe someone in the middle, I mean the bible does… “lukewarm”
But can you even say someone is mediocre-ly filled with integrity????
Integrity:
the quality of being honest
having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
the state of being whole and undivided.
acts ethically & transparently in all dealings
prioritizes doing the right thing over personal gain
Integrity is a core virtue in the Christian faith. It’s about being honest, moral, and consistent in our actions, whether we’re in public or private, at church or at work. Integrity is not just about avoiding sin—it’s about actively pursuing godliness, truth, and righteousness in every aspect of life.
As Christians, we are called to live with integrity because God Himself is a God of truth and righteousness. This study will explore how integrity impacts our walk with God and how it should shape our daily lives, regardless of our age or how long we’ve been walking with Christ.
Key Bible Verse:
Proverbs 10:9 (NKJV): "He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will become known."
Integrity isn’t just about doing the right thing when others are watching, but about making right choices that bring security and trust in our lives.
