#83 | Infants & Team No Sleep

It has been a wild ride the last few weeks. On top of having our babies, i injured my back a couple weeks ago and it got to a point where it sent me to the hospital. I had to take some time off but feeling much better today and finally back recording. Today was a catch up day with us and how life has been with infants. We discuss our bodies and how important it is to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. We also give some updates on our newest daughters and how life is going with them. We really jumped around this episode, but in the end it really was about raising our fmily and doing what we can to not make excuses.
